Con amici ci siamo fermati durante la sagra dell'asparago, ormai un'istituzione per Altedo. Noi abbiamo mangiato benissimo e abbiamo trovato i ragazzi a servirci, spiritosi, divertenti e disponibilissimi. Eravamo in più persone e chi la vuole in un modo chi in un altro ci hanno tutti accontentati, addirittura me che non mangio carne, panino fantastico pieno di verdura con formaggio e tabasco, l'ho adorato! Certo se ci si aspetta il servizio di un ristorante da dieci coperti beh, forse è meglio passare oltre, ma passare oltre le sagre, lo street food in generale, il buon mangiare in piedi o sulla panca se hai fortuna è per chi troppe pretese non le ha, per chi ama un sorriso stanco ma sincero. Chi lavora in queste piazze (tutti) hanno ritmi serratissimi e condizioni non subito comode, e quando ciò nonostante trovi la voglia di sorridere e fare battute continuamente per me, per noi, hai già vinto. Per me quindi un plauso a tutti loro che tra l'altro hanno prodotti homemade a partire dal pane che fanno loro. Complimenti ragazzi! ”
